   According to the performance requirements and main structure of the cooking vehicle, the whole vehicle adopts the structure of Dongfeng DFV2163GP6DJ1 type of second-class vehicle chassis, carriage, cooking equipment and other accessories (as shown in Figure 1). The whole vehicle can be divided into six subsystems: chassis, carriage, kitchen, electrical, water supply and oil supply.

  The principle of chassis selection is to meet the requirements of vehicle tactics and load quality, and to reduce the investment and use cost as much as possible. According to the principle of chassis selection and the requirements of chassis load quality, the shape size and layout of the car, the chassis of Dongfeng 6WD class 2 automobile is selected as the chassis of this vehicle.
