Dongfeng Tianlong 6*4 Drive Hook Lift Garbage Truck is a kind of the box-type detachable garbage truck, also known as the hook (arm) lift garbage truck which is used for collecting, transporting, and unloading of bagged and bulk household waste in urban areas.

● Hydraulic cylinder equipped with a safety valve to prevent the garbage bin from dropping in case of hose bursting or misoperation;

● The pull-arm hook can be controlled from both the cabin and the ground via a mobile control panel, allowing the driver to complete all operations of lifting, unloading, and dumping garbage from the cabin. Malfunctions of the pull-arm hook will not affect the normal operation of the chassis electrical system or the overall braking performance of the vehicle;

● Large dumping angle ensures that garbage in the truck body is emptied completely in one go; rear protective bar is reasonably arranged to prevent garbage from getting stuck;

● Locking method uses a three-point mechanical lock: the hook arm locks with the front of the garbage bin to prevent box movement on the pull-arm truck; left and right limit devices in the middle of the pull-arm hook prevent lateral swinging; the truck's groove device works with the box lock tongue to prevent left, right, and vertical movement of the rear of the box;

● Equipped cabin with good sealing and wide visibility; comes with heating and air conditioning;

● *Main anti-corrosion process: uses advanced overall acid pickling, phosphating, and electrophoresis processes, with no obvious rust within three years;

Operation requirements

1. It is strictly forbidden for personnel who have not read the manual to operate lifting operations.

2. The site should be carefully observed; there should be no obstacles within the swing radius of the boom.

3. No one is allowed to enter the swing radius of the boom during lifting.

4. When the vehicle is working on a slope greater than 12%, wheel chocks must be used to prevent it from moving.

5. The hydraulic system pressure adjustment must not exceed the specified values in the manual; after system repairs, it must be calibrated by experienced personnel on the hydraulic test bench before being put into operation.

6. Lifting heavy objects can only begin after it is confirmed that the support legs are securely supporting the vehicle; otherwise, unpredictable dangers may occur!

7. Operating procedures must be strictly followed; if any abnormal movement is detected during operation, work must stop immediately, the cause must be identified, and after troubleshooting, work can resume.

8. Before beginning operations, the worksite must be inspected for compliance with requirements.

9. After parking, tighten the parking brake and control the oil pump speed with the hand throttle.

10. Following the signs, first support the leg oil cylinder on the ground, and only after confirming this can the boom be operated for lifting, unloading, and other operations.

11. After completing operations like transporting the bucket, the following procedures must be confirmed:

a. The bucket lifting chain is in a slack position

b. The bucket is properly locked into the boom assembly

c. The leg oil cylinders return to their original position and are locked in place

d. The wheel chocks have been removed.
