Green Spraying Truck Well Equipment Strong Engine in City Use

     Our green spraying truck is equipped with standard front-pushing and rear-spraying systems, side spray nozzles, and a rear-mounted work platform featuring a high-pressure water cannon (360° rotatable, adjustable to column mode with maximum range of 35 meters or mist mode with 15 meters, selectable for direct spray, heavy rain, moderate rain, light rain, or drizzle). It comes with a high-performance dedicated sprinkler pump, a power take-off (PTO) unit, a debris filter, a nationally standardized 65mm fire hydrant fitting (watering via fire hydrant), a self-priming ball valve system (capable of self-priming and self-draining, pumping water from rivers or ponds to the tank with a maximum suction depth of 6 meters), and two steel hose reels. All components-including the pump, PTO, ball valves, and filters-are certified national standard products. The main pipeline is reinforced, with thickened flange gaskets and plates, a fully forward-pushing mechanism, and large-diameter ball valves, ensuring excellent performance, reliability, high efficiency, large flow capacity, and easy maintenance. The tank structure is square or round, crafted from high-quality carbon steel by Wuhan Iron and Steel (WISCO), formed in a single operation using large rolling mills and advanced automated welding technology, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design with superior sealing performance. The tank's water chamber features 2-3 compartments, with perforations at the lower end of the central partition and anti-slip/anti-wave baffles inside to reduce liquid impact during vehicle movement. The exterior is coated with rust-proof paint and decorative finishes.

Please note that

■  When the sprinkler truck uses ditches or ponds as water sources, ensure that the entire end of the suction pipe is submerged in water. To avoid inhaling stones or excessive mud and debris, it is best to install a filtration device at the suction port of the suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, the suction point should be dug deeper in advance to ensure it is free of debris and air.
■  For the first use of a self-priming pump, priming is required, but it is not necessary afterward. During water intake, the suction pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum level to draw water into the tank. The suction pipe system must be reliably sealed, with no damage to the hose or cracks in the rigid pipe, otherwise air leakage may occur, resulting in failure to draw water.
■  Whether before water intake or before sprinkling, the power take-off device must be engaged when the truck is parked. Before winter arrives, the water in the pump and pipes should be drained to prevent freezing cracks. China in the north generally does not conduct construction during severe winter, so after construction, the water in the pump and pipes should be drained immediately to prevent future issues.
