The core of its operation is a powerful vacuum pump. This pump creates a strong negative pressure (vacuum) inside a heavily reinforced, airtight tank on the truck's chassis. The resulting pressure differential forces waste material through a large hose into the tank. For discharging the load, the system reverses or uses positive air pressure to expel the waste at a designated treatment facility.
For chassis: 145mm left-hand drive with convertible cab, powered by a Cummins 170-horsepower engine and 8-speed transmission. The front axle weighs 2.7 tons while the rear axle reaches 7.2 tons. Equipped with 9.00mm nylon tires and a 250mm double-layer frame, it features a power steering system with automatic/manual mode, electric windows, and other standard features. And upper configuration: the contaminated tank has a capacity of approximately 10 cubic meters, constructed with high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Group (WISCO), featuring six-layer wall thickness. The tank's center incorporates a wave-resistant plate design. An Yifeng 10-ton oil circulation pump with vacuum tube and stainless steel filter (to prevent impurities from entering the pump) is installed. A 100mm diameter shock-resistant pressure gauge is mounted at the suction four-way valve position to withstand operational vibrations and reduce pressure fluctuations. The tank is equipped with a 100mm suction port and a 4-inch discharge port. It features a lifting and self-discharging function, with a rear door that opens hydraulically and is secured by four locking mechanisms.
