Structure:

Power Take-off Device

The domestic concrete mixing transport vehicle adopts a power take-off (PTO) method using the main vehicle engine. The role of the power take-off device is to extract engine power through the operation of the power take-off switch, which drives the mixing drum via a hydraulic system. The mixing drum rotates in a forward direction during loading and transportation, facilitating material intake and concrete mixing, and rotates in reverse during discharge, cutting off the power connection to the engine after work is completed.

Hydraulic System

The power extracted from the engine by the power take-off is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output as mechanical energy (speed and torque) through the motor, providing power for the rotation of the mixing drum.

Control Mechanism

(1) Controls the rotation direction of the mixing drum, allowing it to rotate forward during loading and transportation, and in reverse during discharge. (2) Controls the rotational speed of the mixing drum.

Mixing Device

The mixing device mainly consists of a mixing drum and its supporting components. The mixing drum serves as the loading container for the concrete, where concrete moves in a spiral direction along the blades during rotation, undergoing mixing and stirring through continuous lifting and tumbling. During loading and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward, allowing the concrete to move inward along the blades; during discharge, the mixing drum reverses, and the concrete is unloaded outward along the blades. The blades are the key components of the mixing device; damage or severe wear will result in uneven concrete mixing. Moreover, if the angle of the blades is not designed appropriately, it may cause segregation of the concrete.

Cleaning System

The main function of the cleaning system is to clean the mixing drum, and it is sometimes used to mix dry materials in the drum during transport. The cleaning system also provides a cooling effect for the hydraulic system.

Fully Enclosed Device

The fully enclosed device uses rotary sealing technology to seal the mixing truck's inlets and outlets, addressing a series of issues with traditional mixing trucks such as moisture evaporation, layering of mortar, concrete spillage, and driving safety.
