The core process of garbage truck cleaning includes three major links: external cleaning, internal disinfection, and mechanical maintenance. Special tools and standardized operations are required to ensure the cleaning effect and vehicle life. ### Cleaning process and specifications 1. External cleaning
Pretreatment: Use a low-pressure water gun or water pipe to wash away the mud and sand on the body, and avoid high-pressure water guns directly impacting the paint surface (recommended pressure range:
3
−
5
MPa
3−5 MPa) to prevent damage to the paint surface.
Key cleaning: Use special car wash liquid or neutral detergent for wheels, brake discs, chassis and other parts that are prone to dirt accumulation. Stubborn oil stains can be partially scrubbed with washing powder diluted liquid (residues need to be thoroughly rinsed).
Surface protection: Wax regularly (recommended once a quarter), and give priority to water-based wax to avoid oily wax from absorbing dust.
Internal cleaning
Cab disinfection: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove smoke and sweat residues, and spray special disinfectants (containing chlorine or alcohol) on seats, dashboards and other frequently contacted areas to prevent bacteria from growing.
Garbage bin treatment:
After dumping garbage each time, the bin body needs to be flushed with high-pressure water mist, with a focus on removing humus attached to the push plate and hydraulic cylinder.
In hot weather, spray deodorant (such as sodium hypochlorite solution) every day, and disinfect once every 3 days in normal weather.
