When the screw conveyor of the bulk feed truck gets stuck, immediately cut off the power and stop the machine. Check the cause of the blockage and take targeted measures such as clearing foreign objects, unblocking the screw conveyor, and repairing mechanical failures.

Emergency response measures
1. Power failure inspection:
- Immediately cut off the power supply and stop the equipment operation to prevent secondary damage.
2. Clear blockages:
- Open the maintenance hatch at the end of the screw conveyor
- Remove any wrapped plastic sheets, clumped feed, or foreign objects
- If there is severe blockage, alternate the screw conveyor's forward and reverse rotation to clear the obstruction
3. Mechanical Fault Diagnosis:
- Check if the bearing has seized, and replace the bearing if necessary, while applying grease.
- Verify the oil level and pressure in the hydraulic system to ensure normal operation of the hydraulic motor.

Standard preventive maintenance steps
1. Operating Specifications:
- Check material purity before loading to prevent foreign matter contamination.
- Control the discharge opening during unloading, and unload materials sequentially from each silo to avoid overloading.
2. Regular Maintenance:
- Lubricate the screw conveyor bearings weekly
- Change hydraulic oil every quarter (HV68 in summer, HV46 in winter)
- Check and maintain dust removal equipment to prevent material agglomeration and increased transportation resistance
3. Parameter Adjustment:
- Avoid using low spreading rate mode during construction.
- Properly set the screw conveyor speed to match the engine speed.
- Control the loading volume during material transportation to no more than 80% of the tank capacity to reduce compression and blockage.
Safety precautions
During dredging operations, two-person coordination is required to ensure ventilation and wear dust masks. After completion, restore original equipment parameters and check the condition of vulnerable parts such as elastomers.
