The bulk feed tank has an effective volume of 20 cubic meters (feed density varies from 0.5 to 0.65 cubic meters per ton). It uses an electric screw conveyor for material transportation, and can operate by simply plugging into 380V mains power. The discharge is driven by an electric motor using a mechanical spiral method, with fast discharge speed and continuous operation, greatly improving efficiency.
The 20-cubic-meter bulk feed truck requires no assistance from others during the discharge process. The entire process only needs one operator. The tank is divided into a 3-compartment structure, allowing simultaneous loading of three different types of feed. With simple component structures, the integrated electronic control box is located at the rear of the tank, providing clear and convenient operation, as well as easy maintenance.
